Domestic shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping within the continental US for all orders $65 and over (excluding taxes). Free Shipping is only valid in the United States at this time. For all other orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and other countries via First Class International Mail or you may choose International Priority Mail.

Please note: there is no tracking information available for First Class International mail. International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by their country.

Damaged Packages

Mineral Silk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note: We ship all items via USPS which means your items may be delayed at least one day during the following recognized Holidays.
